Corner board applicator and strapping machines

With our corner-setting and strapping machine, cardboard edge protectors can be placed on the corners of a fully stacked pallet either manually or as a fully automatic process. The corners are then strapped horizontally with an adjustable number of plastic bands. This machine can be integrated into the output line of the palletizer, but can also be used as a stand-alone unit. This machine also comes with various options. For example, you can opt for horizontal strapping only. If you opt for corner protection, there are two corner profiles at your disposal, e.g. for pallets that are stacked in high and low configurations.
