Dehutech dehumidifiers work according to the adsorption principle, making this system ideally suited for industrial application. The DT dehumidifiers have a drying capacity of up to 400 kg/h and are suitable for almost any drying application.
The continuous dehumidification process is created by the slow rotation of the rotor (approx. 15 rpm). After filtering, the air to be dried flows through the process air section of the rotor and is immediately available as dried process air. During the adsorption of the moisture, adsorption heat will be released, as a result of which the dried air will also rise in temperature. Heat is then required to remove the moisture from the rotor. This takes place with the so-called regeneration air. This passes a heater, after which the heated air will be fed through the rotor, in which the moisture from the adsorption material is absorbed and discharged to the outside. Only a small amount of air is required for regeneration.
