What can you expect from the service that Easyfairs offers you as an exhibitor?
- Easyfairs is the event location host for visitors to Solids. As an exhibitor you want to do business, meet people and maintain relationships during your exhibition participation and you need to be fully focused on that. That is why the organization of Solids takes as much as possible out of your hands so you can focus on your objectives. For that you invest in participating in Solids Rotterdam.
- Easyfairs understands the profession of facilitating and unburdening. Not only by offering a professional event location, but also by supporting you to be a good host or hostess. That is our strength, that is our motive.
- You will meet the Event Services team ahead of your participation. They are happy to share their knowledge to increase the value of your participation. Various services and products are offered to ensure that your stand matches your wishes even better. Event Services team members help you before and during the exhibition. Among other things through the exhibitor's manual, but certainly also when there are last-minute orders or questions.
All service components at a glance
- The exhibition organization and the Event Services team are always at your disposal and are happy to help you during the setup, the event and the dismantling.
- Do you use the stand construction of Easyfairs? Then you will receive a completely assembled, finished and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, frieze with name mentioning, lighting by duospots and floor coverings.
- Plenty of parking space for you and your relations in the parking lot. Depending on the package, an exhibitor receives an X number of parking tickets. Need extra parking tickets? This is possible for € 13.50 per vehicle.
- Prior to your participation, the Solids organization offers you various marketing tools to promote your exhibition participation.
- Including Invitation Service: You will save all the time and (layout and printing) costs that you would normally spend for an invitation card! Your company name will be included in the mail invitation. This makes it clear to your customer that you are personally inviting him / her.
